These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions that Fujifilm NZ Limited (Fujifilm) promotes from this website (Competitions) however Fujifilm may specify specific rules in relation to a particular competition that will apply instead of some of these Terms and Conditions.  The Terms of Service on this website shall also apply to any Competition however any of these Terms and Conditions and any specific competition rules will override the Terms of Service if there is any inconsistency.

1. Competitions are open to all MyFinePix registered users (Contestants), except for employees of Fujifilm and their family members, and Fujifilm suppliers, agencies, distributors and anyone else involved in the administration of the relevant competition.
2. The start date and close date of each Competition, and the available prizes for each Competition, will be advised by Fujifilm on every Competition website page.
3. Contestants are only permitted to submit a picture for each Competition if:
   1. they have taken such picture using a FinePix camera; and
   2. such picture is the property of the
      Contestant, and the Contestant is legally entitled to submit it to the website.
4. Fujifilm reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to:
   1. accept or reject any picture from a Contestant for a Competition;
   2. deny entry to a Contestant to a Competition for any reason;
   3. disqualify a Contestant if it does not comply with these Terms and Conditions ; or
   4. remove a Contestant’s picture and all references to it from this website.
5. Fujifilm will only accept pictures into the Competition that have been submitted by Contestants online and within the required Competition dates specified by Fujifilm.
6. Contestants can only enter one picture per Competition.
7. Fujifilm allows Contestants to modify and edit pictures before they submit them for a Competition.  Nevertheless, without limitation to its other rights, Fujifilm reserves the right to reject any picture that appears to have little or no photographic content.
8. Fujifilm shall specify the criteria it will judge each Contestant’s pictures on in respect of each Competition on this website.  The decision made by Fujifilm is final and binding on all Contestants.  No correspondence will be entered into by Fujifilm and a Contestant after a decision has been made.
9. Competition winners will be notified by Fujifilm by email on the day that the judging takes place by Fujifilm. Fujifilm will make all reasonable efforts to notify the winners. Fujifilm shall also publish details of the winner's name and winning picture on this website Competition page for one month. If the winner is not able to be contacted, or cannot accept the prize for whatever reason, then Fujifilm reserves the right to award the prize to another Contestant or not award the prize.
10. All prizes are personal to the relevant winner and cannot be assigned, transferred or exchanged for cash or other products and can only be redeemed through Fujifilm.
11. Fujifilm reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a similar prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond Fujifilm’s control. 
12. Any winner should allow up to 14 days for delivery of the relevant prizes (as the case may be), from the date on which Fujifilm approves the validity of such winner.  Fujifilm is not responsible to any winner for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected mail.  Deliveries of the relevant prizes will only be made to New Zealand addresses.
13. Fujifilm does not take any responsibility for comments made by Contestants about any Contestant’s pictures. Whilst this website has a facility available for Contestants to draw Fujifilm's attention to inappropriate comments, Fujifilm shall not be obligated to take any action in respect of any member and participation in this website by members is based on the understanding that members may add comments about a member’s pictures that members may not like.
14. Fujifilm reserves the exclusive right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
